Your new role
n
This position performs general maintenance, repairs, various manual tasks and grounds maintenance across Carpentaria owned, leased, and managed properties.
n
The ideal candidate
n
n
Experience in various repairs and maintenance tasks including basic carpentry, plumbing and grounds maintenance,
n
Prior experience in a similar role or background in a relevant trade
n
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
n
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to a high standard with limited supervision
n
Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality work
n
Familiarity with tools and equipment commonly used in maintenance,



general repairs and grounds maintenance
n
The capacity to undertake manual tasks including heavy lifting and working outdoors for extended periods of time
n
Sound level of computer literacy, with the ability to confidently utilise email and other electronic applications such as maintenance service request systems
n
Current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, NDIS Worker Orientation, First Aid & CPR Certificate and NT Driver Licence.
