Job Description
Macs Engineering in Mackay, Queensland, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our laser cutting and fabrication teams. This hands-on role combines planning, production control, and safety with a focus on meeting customer deadlines.

You will oversee purchasing, inventory, maintenance of plant and equipment, and quality assurance, reporting weekly to management. CAD proficiency and solid leadership are essential for success in our small but growing team.
