You'll attend booked in-home appointments and close face-to-face. No cold calling, no phone-only pipeline.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Attending booked in-home appointments and closing face-to-face
n
Running a proper needs analysis — bills, usage, roof, future load (EV/battery)
n




Presenting options, handling objections, and closing on the day
n
Completing contracts and documentation, supporting finance steps where required
n
Keeping your CRM and pipeline accurate — no chasing your own tail later
n
Building a referral pipeline through a genuinely outstanding customer experience
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Solar or renewables sales experience strongly preferred
n
Proven track record in high-ticket, in-home, or direct sales closing
n
Comfortable running a full-cycle consultative sale to close, not just generating interest
n
Financially driven, self-managed, and allergic to excuses
n
Strong CRM discipline and follow-up standards
n
Driver's licence
n
Available for monthly regional travel (typically 1–3 nights) — required
n
Comfortable with customer-friendly hours, including some evenings/weekends
n

Package
n

$70k–$85k base + super + allowances + uncapped commission
n
OTE $200,000+ for high performers with a proven solar or direct sales background
