Job Description
Chepa, opening in Melbourne, seeks a founding Head Barista to anchor the coffee program on Seven Seeds beans and a La Marzocco Linea Classic. You will craft a Mexican drinks program, dial in the grinder setup with a PuqPress, and shape service with the owner.

This role offers guaranteed minimum 30 hours weekly, with Fri–Sun shifts and additional weekdays. You'll lead by example, educate customers about Mexican beverages, and work closely with the team to establish Chepa's unique coffee culture
