We've been delivering love across Australia since ****. Now we're looking for a hands-on manager to lead our Port Melbourne and Keysborough warehouses and the team of around 15 who make it happen!

What you'll do:
n
Run the floor day to day: production, packing and dispatch, keeping both teams on target
n
Build your leads at each site so they can run the floor confidently when you're at the other one
n
Set rosters, coach your people and look after their training
n
Own quality: coolroom standards, stock and every bunch that leaves the building
n
Work with couriers and our other teams, and report on how the sites are tracking
n
Plan and lead our big moments: Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas
n
Keep both sites safe and WHS-compliant
n
What you'll bring:
n




5+ years managing people in a hands-on operational role (warehouse, retail, hospitality, production). No floral experience needed, we'll teach you that.
n
Experience running more than one site or team is a big plus
n
Clear, direct communication, and you're as good at taking feedback as giving it
n
You pick up recent systems quickly and stay calm when it's busy
n
A driver's licence (you'll split your time between sites)
n
How your week looks:

Most of your week is at Port Melbourne, with regular days at Keysborough. The split flexes with whatever each site needs.
