About the Position
n
The Customer Assistance Coordinator is responsible for managing customer accounts throughout the order lifecycle, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The role acts as a key point of contact for customer enquiries, order management and issue resolution.
n
Duties
n
n
Manage assigned customer accounts through the full order lifecycle
n
Process customer orders and ensure delivery to agreed deadlines
n
Provide accurate documentation and ongoing customer communication
n
Investigate and resolve customer enquiries and escalations
n
Maintain accurate records within Salesforce systems
n
Support export and shipping compliance documentation requirements
n




Liaise with warehouse and dispatch teams to support order fulfilment
n
Process customer claims and rebate requests
n
Participate in process improvement initiatives and departmental goals
n
n
Requirements/Skills
n
n
Customer service experience in a dynamic customer service environment
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Ability to manage customer enquiries and escalations
n
Experience maintaining records in business systems
n
Must be available to work a rotating roster of 8:00am-4:00pm and 10:00am-6:00pm shifts
n
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
n
Ability to complete a pre-employment medical assessment
n
Ability to provide two professional reference checks
n
