Life Without Barriers is seeking experienced Therapeutic Residential Care Support Workers to join our teams in Geelong. You will work directly with young people in a 24/7 residential setting, supporting their wellbeing and development in a nurturing setting.

The role requires handling complex behaviours and disabilities, rotating shifts including afternoons, evenings and sleepovers, with weekend work. Training and career development opportunities are provided.
