About the Role
n
As an educator at Freckles, you will:
n
n
Create and deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child's interests and needs.
n
Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
n
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
n




Assist with planning, documentation, and reflections in line with the EYLF and NQS.
n
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Diploma, Cert III or working towards Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
A current Working with Children Check.
n
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
n
Passion for early learning, with a child-centred approach.
n
Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
n
Reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow professionally.
n
