Design & Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 5-month contract on a medical construction project in Central Rockhampton.
The Role:
5-month contract
Central Rockhampton location
Medical construction project valued at approximately $800k
Manage the project from commencement through to completion
Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site activities
Manage programme, QA and site safety
Liaise with the client, consultants and project team
Ensure the project is delivered on time and to a high standard
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor
Commercial construction experience
Medical, health or live-environment experience highly regarded
Solid subcontractor and programme management skills
Ability to manage a project independently from start to finish
Strong communication and leadership skills
