Key Responsibilities

Manage a clean, capped portfolio with mostly in-house tasks only

Liaise with landlords and tenants with a focus on relationship-building
n
no routines or entry / exits

Oversee maintenance, lease renewals, and arrears
n
Work collaboratively with a friendly, experienced team

Minimum 2 years' experience in Property Management
