Wilsons Fruit & Vegetables in Ballarat is seeking a hands-on Grocery Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a rapid-paced retail environment. You will work closely with the Operations manager and management team to plan, direct and support the grocery department, while keeping customer focus and high presentation standards.

You will guide and train team members, manage tasks and workflow, monitor stock, ensure product availability and maintain safety, OH&S; compliance and cleanliness.
