genU is looking for supportive and hands on Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead a landscaping crew delivering high quality ground and garden maintenance services. This role is all about teamwork and safety, while delivering excellent results and having fun.

What you'll do
n
As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you'll:
n
n
Lead a crew day to day, with landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
n
Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services including hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
n
Manage a safe, supportive and fun team environment.
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
n
An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
n
Robust attention to detail and pride in your work.
n
Team-oriented with positive interpersonal and organisational skills.




n
A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
n
AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
n
n
(You'll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don't worry, we'll help guide you through this.)
