Job Description

We are looking for a Service Technician to join our team in Queensland.
n
In this hands‐on role, you will provide exceptional after‐sales service and technical support to our customers by attending scheduled service calls, assessing, and repairing furniture with professionalism and care.
n
What you'll be doing:

Attending customer homes to assess and repair furniture with a focus on customer satisfaction.
n
Troubleshooting issues and determining the most appropriate repair solutions.
n
Maintaining accurate documentation including service reports and photo records.
n
Collaborating with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
n
Maintaining your tools, equipment and company vehicle to ensure reliability.
n
Committing to health and safety practices and proactive hazard reporting.

Qualifications
n
n
Previous experience in a hands-on service, repair, or technical role (furniture or similar industry highly regarded).
n
Strong problem‐solving and time management skills.
n
High attention to detail when completing service documentation.
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
n
A valid driver's licence (mandatory).
