Job Description
Need a qualified builder / structural to handle the below
n
Excavate and prepare footing bases and piers
n
Install reinforcement as per structural drawings
n
Form, pour, and cure concrete footings
n
Construct piers including reinforcement, formwork, and concrete placement
n
Ensure alignment and levels for subsequent structural elements
n
Supply and install structural column reinforcement
n
Formwork installation and bracing
n
Concrete pour and curing
n
Column starter bars and connections to slabs and beams
n
Ground slab and suspended slab
n
Reinforcement placement including mesh, bars, chairs Formwork and edge shutters
n
Penetrations for electrical conduits, fire services, drainage, and civil tie-ins
n
Supply and lay structural blockwork
n
Reinforced cores filled as per engineering
n




Load-bearing block walls
n
Integration with columns, beams, and slab edges
n
Installation of lintels, bond beams, and structural ties
n
Structural framing for roof
n
Roof beams, trusses, or concrete elements
n
Coordination with mechanical, electrical, and fire penetrations
n
You will be provided with drawings
n
Architectural plans, Structural drawings
n
Civil plans (stormwater, sewer, drainage, external works
n
Fire service layout (hydrants, hose reels, pump/booster)
n
Any additional details required for structural penetrations or service coordination
n
Confirm capacity to deliver the full structural pack
