Building Services Engineer – Tier 2 Builder
n A national Tier 2 construction group with a strong reputation for delivering complex, high-profile projects is looking to appoint a Building Services Engineer.
n
This contractor delivers major commercial, mixed-use and institutional projects across NSW and offers genuine long-term career progression within a highly structured and professional setting.

The role:
n
Reporting to the Services Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of building services across large-scale refurbishment and fit-out projects.
n
n
Supporting the design development, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning of building services
n
Managing and coordinating multi-discipline services packages (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, fire, BMS, etc.)
n
Working with consultants and subcontractors to resolve design and constructability issues
n




Assisting with value engineering and services optimisation
n
Monitoring short-term programmes and site progress
n
Ensuring compliance with NCC, Australian Standards and relevant authorities
n
n
About you:
n
n
Degree or Trade qualified in qualified in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or equivalent
n
3+ years' experience working for a head contractor or major subcontractor working on commercial construction projects
n
Strong technical understanding of building services
n
Confident working in a site-based delivery role
n
n
