JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents' dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
n
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
n
n
Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
n
Supporting mobility and safe transfers
n
Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
n
Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
n
Maintaining accurate documentation
n
Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
n
n

About the Candidate

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
n
Passion for aged care and helping others
n
Friendly, compassionate,



and adaptable team player

Applicants must have Australian Working Rights and hold (or be willing to obtain) a NDIS Worker Screening Check.

Great Hourly Rate + Super + Shift Penalties (where applicable)
n
Variety of shifts available to support work life balance
n
Preferred staff are able to work AM, PM and Night shifts, providing greater flexibility to meet roster requirements.
