Your Day-to-Day
n
n
Manage a clean, well-maintained portfolio of 200 properties
n
Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
n
Manage arrears, lease renewals, and tenant communication
n
Issue notices and handle breaches when required
n
Attend tribunal hearings (NCAT) when necessary
n
Deliver a high level of service that reflects a premium brand
n
n
What We're Looking For
n

Previous experience managing your own portfolio
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Proactive, organised, and confident working autonomously
n
A team player who thrives in a rapid-paced, growth-focused environment
