About the Role
Stag Machinery Group is seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery
to join our growing team in Toowoomba, Dalby and Chinchilla.
In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of agricultural and construction equipment to farmers, contractors, and agribusiness clients. Success in this position will rely on your ability to build long-term relationships, understand customer operations, and provide tailored machinery solutions that add real value.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing product features and perks
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales
Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events
Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed on industry developments




Work closely with parts and service teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support
About You
Proven experience in agricultural or construction machinery sales (or a related industry)
3-5 years' experience in machinery sales preferred
Strong understanding of farming operations and construction equipment applications
Knowledge of Agricultural machinery, and implements highly regarded
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently
Current driver's licence and willingness to travel
Australian work rights
