Job Description
We are seeking reliable team members to join our team at our Burton recycling facility.

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working in our skip waste sorting area. The position involves sorting incoming construction and demolition waste and separating recyclable materials.
n
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, physically fit, safety-conscious and take pride in their work.

The Job
n
n
Sort incoming waste in the picking station
n
Work around trucks, machinery and mobile plant
n
Keep the work area clean and tidy
n
Follow site safety rules
n
Report any hazards, damaged equipment or unsafe conditions
n
Help with general work around the site when required
n
Work with the rest of the team to get the job done
n
n
What We are Looking For




n
We're after someone who:
n
n
Turns up on time and is reliable
n
Is fit and doesn't mind physical work
n
Can do repetitive work throughout the day
n
Follows instructions and takes safety seriously
n
Can work on their own and as part of a team
n
n
Experience in waste, recycling or labouring is an advantage, but it's not essential.
n
You must have the right to work in Australia and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
n
A White Card is an advantage.
n
Hours
n
Monday to Friday, with Saturday work when required.
