Job Description
Scalabrini Communities in Current South Wales is seeking a casual Community Registered Nurse to deliver hands-on clinical care to older people in their own homes, supporting their health, independence and dignity.

You will perform comprehensive community assessments, wound care, medication management, continence care and post-hospital support, working closely with families and the broader care team to ensure person-centred care and thorough documentation.
