Code Fire Protection is looking for a reliable and organised Casual Storeman & Delivery Driver to assist with the day-to-day running of our Moorabbin factory and deliveries to project sites across Melbourne. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is physically capable, highly organised and has strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Receiving, checking and organising incoming deliveries
n
Picking and preparing materials for upcoming projects
n
Loading and unloading vehicles
n
Delivering materials, tools and equipment to construction sites across Melbourne
n
Collecting materials from suppliers
n
Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked factory
n
Monitoring stock levels and reporting items requiring replenishment
n
Preparing tools, equipment and materials for site crews
n
Checking products carefully before dispatch
n
General warehouse,



factory and storeman duties as required

About you
n
n
Be reliable and punctual
n
Be comfortable with early morning starts
n
Hold a current Victorian driver's licence
n
Be physically fit and capable of regularly lifting and moving heavy items
n
Have strong attention to detail
n
Have valuable organisational skills
n
Be comfortable working independently
n
Be able to prioritise tasks when multiple jobs require materials
n
Be confident driving around Melbourne and attending active construction sites
n
Have a practical, hands-on attitude
n
