A locally owned and operated civil construction business is looking for experienced Multi-Skilled Civil Operators to join the team working on-site in the Blackwater region. If you're a civil operator confident on Graders, Excavators and Dozers and looking to make the move into mining, this is an opportunity to develop your skills and progress within the business while working with a locally owned company where valuable operators are valued.

Key responsibilities
n
Operate Graders, Excavators and Dozers on civil construction projects
n
Demonstrate strong competency and safe operation of core machinery
n
Maintain a commitment to safe work practices
n




Achieve high-quality finishes on work undertaken
n
Work on a 9-day roster: 5 on, 2 off, 4 on, 3 off with dayshift only
n
About you
n
Proven civil machinery operating experience
n
Strong competency on Graders, Excavators and Dozers
n
Current Driver Licence
n
Standard 11
n
Current Coal Board Medical, or the ability to obtain one
n
A solid commitment to safe work practices
n
Pride in your work and a commitment to achieving a high-quality finish
n
Experienced multi-skilled operators (not entry-level applicants)
