About Injury Doctors

Injury Doctors is a growing healthcare service focused on the assessment, treatment and ongoing management of patients with NSW Workers Compensation and CTP motor accident injuries.
n
We work closely with patients, employers, insurers, rehabilitation providers, allied health professionals and other stakeholders to coordinate high-quality injury management and return-to-work care.
n
As we expand across Sydney, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Manager to build and grow our referral network.
n
The Role
n
This is a hands-on growth role.
n
Your primary responsibility will be to generate new referral relationships and increase the number of Workers Compensation and CTP patients accessing Injury Doctors.
n
You will spend significant time in the field meeting referral partners, developing relationships and identifying current business opportunities.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Develop recent referral relationships across Sydney
n
Build relationships with physiotherapy clinics, rehabilitation providers, employers, allied health providers and other relevant referral partners
n
Identify and pursue new Workers Compensation and CTP referral opportunities
n
Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations and regular account visits
n




Develop strategic partnerships with organisations involved in workplace injury and motor accident recovery
n
Maintain and grow existing referral relationships
n
Represent Injury Doctors at industry events and networking opportunities
n
Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and follow-up process
n
Track referral sources, conversion rates and revenue generated
n
Work directly with management on growth strategy and new market opportunities
n
n
Who We're Looking For
n
We are looking for someone who is commercial, energetic and highly relationship-driven.
n
You should be comfortable prospecting, getting in front of decision-makers and being accountable for measurable growth.
n
Ideally, you will have experience in one or more of the following:
n
n
Workers Compensation
n
CTP / personal injury
n
Occupational rehabilitation
n
Allied health
n
Medical or healthcare business development
n
Insurance
n
Employer health services
n
Healthcare recruitment or account management
n
n
Existing relationships within the NSW Workers Compensation, CTP, rehabilitation or allied health sectors will be highly regarded.
n
You will need:

Strong business development and relationship-building skills
n
Confidence conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations
n
A demonstrated ability to generate new business
n
Excellent communication and follow-up
n
Strong commercial awareness
n
A results-driven mindset
n
Ability to work independently and take ownership of your territory
n
Current driver's licence and ability to travel across Sydney

Remuneration

The package will include:

Competitive base salary + super + uncapped performance-based commission
n
There is significant earning potential for a high-performing BDM who can consistently establish new referral relationships and generate patient growth.
