Job Description
Southern Cross Care NSW & ACT in Daceyville, NSW, is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to provide compassionate aged care across AM, PM and Night shifts across the facility.

You will carry out initial and ongoing nursing assessments, develop and monitor care plans, participate in care plan reviews, ensure documentation is up to date, and support ACFI processes in line with SCC policies.
