About the role:
n We are seeking an experienced Branch All Rounder to join the team in our flagship store in Coopers Plains. This is a varied role, and no two days will be the same as you provide exceptional customer service to our customers both in the branch and delivering orders to customers on-site.
n
The key responsibilities of the role include, but are definitely not limited to:
n
Picking & packing of orders including courier and transport documentation.
n
Receipting and storage of goods in accordance with appropriate
n procedures.
n
Receiving, unpackingand storage of incoming goods.
n
Housekeeping and maintenanceof the warehouse area
n
Sales focused customer service both over the trade counter and phone while providing exceptional customer service
n
Delivery of customer orders.
n
Use of
forklifts/machinery
to move goods
n
Operate computer software to locate stock codes, checkpurchase orders, track back orders, locate and track stock movements and transfers
n
Work closely with our sales and operations team to ensure timely collection of products and services.




n
Assist the Branch Manager with periodic stock checks.
n
Ensure Branch presentation is of the highest standard.
n
About you:
n Ideally, you will have proven experience in customer service and be able to work well in a fast-paced setting. Along with experience in these areas you will:
n
Be highly motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
n
Knowledge of the building and construction industry would be an asset.
n
Be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.
n
Must have a current forklift licence;
n
Have a valid Australian Drivers Licence;
n
Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude along with a strong work ethic;
n
Be well presented, self-motivated and willing to learn and develop new skills;
n
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
n
Participate as a willing and productive member of the team.
