We're working exclusively with a fast-growing fintech to find a proactive, highly organised Business Operations Officer to work directly with and support their General Manager, Operations. This is a broad, hands-on role spanning staffing administration, business reporting, accounts support, project coordination and intranet management — no two days are the same. Key responsibilities
Provide broad administrative and operational support to the General Manager, Operations across all business divisions
Manage and maintain the company's business filing system, keeping documents organised and easily accessible
Coordinate and liaise with external contractors and service providers
Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of the company intranet
Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly operational reports across the business
Track divisional KPIs and performance metrics,



escalating trends or anomalies as required
Compile reports, briefing documents and executive summaries to a clear, professional standard
Assist the General Manager, Operations in overseeing business projects, tracking milestones and deadlines
Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, flagging risks or delays before they become issues
Maintain a clear project and task tracker for full visibility of in-flight work
