Proficient in 12D; and MUSIC & DRAINS (Bonus)

Solid grasp of Australian Standards, council requirements and the Sydney market.

Confident liaising with clients, contractors and internal teams.

Familiar with Service Authority approval and construction requirements.

Clear communicator, strong report writing skills.

Produce civil designs, drawings and supporting project documentation.

Support site inspections and prepare associated reporting.

Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to help keep projects moving.

Input into technical reviews and cost estimation.

Maintain compliance with quality, safety and regulatory obligations throughout delivery.
