Sales & Relationships Consultant | Accounting & Finance
n $70,000–$75,000 + Super + Uncapped Commission
n Brisbane, Hybrid Working
n We are looking for a naturally confident, down-to-earth salesperson who enjoys building relationships and creating opportunities - You will be working across the Commercial Accounting & Finance market.
n Recruitment experience is not required.
n What matters to us is that you have a strong track record in sales or consulting, enjoy dealing with people and know how to build genuine relationships.
n You'll be comfortable picking up the phone, meeting clients face-to-face and developing business over time. You should enjoy getting to know people, understanding what they need and creating opportunities from those conversations.
n An understanding of accounting, finance or professional services would be an advantage, but it isn't essential. We can teach you the market.
The role
n You'll develop relationships with businesses and accounting professionals across Brisbane, becoming someone clients and candidates genuinely enjoy dealing with.
n Your day will involve:

Developing new business through phone calls, meetings and referrals
n
Meeting clients face-to-face and learning about their businesses
n
Building long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients
n
Speaking with accounting and finance professionals about their careers
n
Following up leads and identifying new opportunities
n
Understanding what a client genuinely needs when they're looking to hire
n
Managing relationships throughout the recruitment process
n
Supporting candidates through interviews and offers
n
Negotiating commercial terms and salaries
n
Staying close to your market and building a strong professional network
n
We have the processes and systems in place to streamline the recruitment journey, allowing you to concentrate on relationships, conversations and commercial opportunities.n

About you
n
You'll have a minimum of two years' experience in sales, business development, account management, consulting or another relationship-focused commercial role.n
n
n More importantly, you'll be someone who is comfortable talking to people and building trust.n
n
n We're looking for someone who:n
n
n
Has at least 2 years of proven sales or consulting experience
n
Has a strong track record of achieving commercial results
n
Is confident and natural on the phone
n
Enjoys meeting clients face-to-face
n
Can build rapport quickly with different types of people
n
Is proactive with follow-up
n
Is comfortable developing new business
n
Is personable, down to earth and easy to deal with
n
Has good commercial awareness
n
Is resilient and comfortable working towards targets
n
Values long-term relationships rather than purely transactional sales
n
Experience within Accounting, Finance, Professional Services or Recruitment would be useful, but it is certainly not a requirement.n
