Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online channels
n
Process bookings, cancellations,



and amendments accurately and efficiently
n
Communicate guest special requests
n
Assist in resolving guest enquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
n
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, rates, and promotions, identifying upselling opportunities
n
Support Reservations and Front Desk operations as required
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Previous experience in reservations, reception, or a customer-facing hospitality role
n
Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
n
High standard of personal presentation and professionalism
n
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused workplace
n
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
n
Availability to work a part-time roster, including weekends and public holidays
n
