About the Opportunity
n
This is a newly created, exciting opportunity for a proactive Production Planner to join our manufacturing team and play a critical role in ensuring production schedules, material availability and customer delivery requirements are achieved.
n
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating production activities to ensure customer requirements are met while maximising plant capacity and maintaining inventory targets.
n

Planning and scheduling daily production runs to meet customer demand
n
Maintain and execute production schedules through ERP/MRP systems
n
Monitoring raw material availability to ensure production capacity is fully utilised
n
Analyse material backorders and coordinate supply requirements to minimise disruptions
n
Work closely with production, dispatch, customer service, sales and supply teams to resolve supply challenges
n
Monitor performance through KPIs relating to on-time delivery, inventory management and KANBAN systems

About You
n




This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys working with data and systems and has a passion for balancing supply, demand and operational efficiency. Ideally, you will bring:

A strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
n
Minimum 2 years' experience in Production Planning, Supply Planning, or Scheduling within a manufacturing environment
n
Experience using ERP/MRP systems and SAP data entry
n
Experience managing production schedules, inventory and raw material planning
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
n
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
n
Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
n
Experience leading meetings and coordinating cross-functional teams
n
