The Capricornian Bank is expanding into Mackay and seeking a full time Customer Service Officer to help establish our new branch. You'll assist customers in-branch and over the phone with a wide range of everyday banking needs, from deposits to account enquiries, building relationships and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
