The Region: Anzuk is supporting a community-based, not-for-profit sessional kindergarten service in the Wimmera region that is looking to expand its team for ****! The Service: The kinder organisation delivers quality early years education and care programs for children before school age. The service believes that family is the first and foremost influence in a childs life, and aims to expand on this through the day-to-day programs and activities. They centre their programs around play-based learning that are high quality and engaging.

The teamaim to provide a fun and enriching environment that encourages children to engage in exploration, questioning, creativity and problem solving in a cooperative and collaborative manner.

Teachers at this kinder provide a learning environmentthat is secure and stable but also flexible enough to ensure that every child is able to build on the strengths, interests and abilities. The Opportunity:




n In your role as Kinder Educator you will support the teachers on promoting high quality educational experiences through the implementation of play-based educational experiences and encouraging children to express their own ideas through play to develop friendships, explore, solve problems, help others, imagine, create and extend on their interests. The Candidate:
n The ideal candidate would have previous experience working with kinder children; we are looking for a people's person with a hands‐on approach.
n
You will have a strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS and be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as be comfortable talking to families.
n
As the ideal candidate for this position, you will have
n
n
1 year minimum working in a kinder room
n
Diploma in Children's Services
n
WWCC
n
Current first aid, asthma and anaphylaxis
n
Full Working Rights (18+ Months Remaining)
n
Mandatory Reporting Certificate
n
GECCKO Training
n
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
n
School holidays off!
n
