Meridian Rapid Defense Group Australia – Revesby NSW

Based at our Revesby facility and reporting to the NSW Operations Manager, the Field Operations Coordinator plans and delivers safety barrier deployments across NSW. You'll lead field crews on site, keep our equipment fleet ready to roll, and be a trusted face of Meridian for the clients we work with. It's a hands-on role — you'll be on the tools as much as you're on the phone — and no two weeks look the same.

Key responsibilities

Coordinating and executing safety barrier deployments across NSW
n
Leading field crews through bump-in, installation, live operations and bump-out
n
Managing equipment counts, cleanliness and deployment readiness
n
Acting as secondary point of contact for our NSW storage facility
n
Loading and unloading trucks, both manually and by forklift
n
Towing trailers and heavy equipment to and from site
n
Liaising with customers on site and by phone and email
n
Upholding and representing the Meridian name with every client, every deployment
n
Working unsupervised at times and taking ownership of outcomes
n

About you
n
n
Confidence leading a small crew and talking directly with customers
n
A practical, safety-first mindset and the fitness to complete manual labour
n
Comfortable towing trailers and handling heavy equipment
n




Organised and reliable — you keep count, keep things clean and keep things moving
n
Competent with Microsoft Office and clear written and phone communication
n
Able to work unsupervised and make sound calls on site
n
NSW Security Licence (Installer) — you must be able to pass a police check
n
Forklift Licence (LF)
n
White Card (General Construction Induction)
n
Current unrestricted driver's licence
n
Ability to pass a full pre-employment medical
n
