We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Carpenter / Handyperson to join our friendly team in our community located in Penrith. This is an initial 3-month contract with potential for ongoing work for the right person.
n
Reporting directly to the Community Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for repair and improvement works across a number of tourist accommodation cabins within the community.

Responsibilities:

Timber repairs to cabin exteriors.
n
Replacement of weatherboards and breather boards.
n
Decking repairs and minor carpentry works.
n
External painting and finishing.
n
General building maintenance and property presentation works.
n
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues.
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Practical carpentry and maintenance experience.
n
Ability to work independently and produce quality workmanship.
n
Strong attention to detail.
n
n
