We are currently seeking a Warehouse Leader to join a busy and fast-paced distribution operation. Pay Rate: $***** per hour

Shifts: Monday to Friday - 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Location: Murarrie, QLD

Essential Requirements: SAP Experience & High Reach Forklift Experience
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support daily warehouse operations to achieve productivity and service targets
n
Operate high reach forklifts for putaways, replenishment, stock movements, and order picking
n
Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock investigations, and reconciliations
n
Process inventory transactions, goods receipts, and stock movements within SAP
n
Coordinate receiving, dispatch, and transport activities
n
Allocate daily workloads and support warehouse staff to meet operational requirements
n
Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse environment
n
Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
n

Essential Skills & Experience
n




n
Strong SAP experience within a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution environment
n
Current LF Forklift Licence with proven High Reach forklift experience
n
Previous experience as a Warehouse Leader, Team Leader, Warehouse Coordinator, Senior Storeperson, or similar role
n
Sound understanding of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse processes
n
Robust leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and support team members
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
n
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and inventory accuracy
n
Ability to successfully complete a National Police Check
n
