The prospect
We are on the lookout for a
new graduate physiotherapist
wanting to develop their clinical skills whilst being mentored in patient management and leadership.
With
over ten sites in Melbourne
, you will have the opportunity to meet and learn amongst other Physiotherapists within our network of clinics. We regularly run
group-wide PD
and
mentoring
events
providing a point of difference to our competitors.
This job is perfect for an individual who is ambitious and wants to progress their career. Your role will consist of day-to-day consulting whilst working collaboratively within a
multi-disciplinary team
. You will also participate in a
structured mentoring program
for your professional and personal development.

Our Point Cook site is a ten-year-old studio with the community reputation of delivering excellence in rehabilitation. We are a very busy clinic consisting of acute and chronic musculo-skeletal patients. We have a strong network of referrers including GPs and orthopaedic surgeons in Western Melbourne. We also sponsor and work alongside the Point Cook Sharks FC and Suns Football & Netball club, and have a long association with Point Cook Bulldogs FC and Werribee Centrals FC.
Our program includes:
Mentoring with our APA Sports Physiotherapists
Participate in group-wide PD events
Annual PD fund to pursue your area of interest
Access to Learn.Physio online PD courses
At Evado Studios we offer a unique career pathway towards senior Physiotherapy and leadership roles. This may include opportunities to mentor other Physiotherapists, contribute to the clinic's growth strategy, and /or learn about the day-to-day operations of a successful studio.

Prerequisites
The successful applicant will have:
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or higher
Full Australian working rights
Full AHPRA registration
