Job Description
This is a busy, front-of-house role where the counter is the heartbeat of the branch. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a steady flow of walk-ins, keeping things moving, and working closely with the team to get the job done.

Attitude matters more than industry experience. If you're naturally friendly, upbeat, and enjoy dealing with people, the rest can be taught.

What You'll Do

Serve customers at the counter in a fast-paced environment
n
Handle phone enquiries and process orders
n
Replenish showroom stock and keep displays organised
n




Support the team with general warehouse and branch tasks
n
Build strong relationships with regular trade customers
n
n
About You
n
n
Sales or customer service experience. Trade, supply or wholesale experience is a plus, not essential
n
Naturally friendly, upbeat, and confident dealing with customers
n
Happy to pitch in wherever needed and work as a team
n
Driver's licence and full Australian working rights
n
