EVT is seeking a Director of Sales for its Rydges Parramatta property to lead the hotel's sales strategy, drive revenue, grow market share, and deliver robust commercial outcomes. You will coach and mentor a sales team, align with marketing, loyalty and digital teams, and influence stakeholders to win new business.
With 3–5 years in a senior hotel sales role and a proven record in driving rooms and F&B; revenue, you'll shape tactical plans, manage key accounts, and ensure rate and occupancy
