Adore Beauty is seeking a CX Operations Lead on a 12-month maternity leave contract to keep our customer experience running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll own day-to-day CX tooling, optimise Zendesk workflows and content, and work across CX tech stack, ERP, WMS, Refundid and carrier platforms to support the business.
This role sits at the intersection of CX, systems and operations, partnering with CX, warehouse, Digital, IT and Marketing to deliver practical improvements and better customer
