Bangalow Bread Co. in Bangalow, NSW, is seeking a bakery team member to bake daily sourdough, pastries and other items in a small independent setting. You will contribute to a culture of quality and craft, with room to grow your skills and work closely with a devoted team.
The role involves scaling and mixing doughs, hand shaping, and upholding food safety during a 4-day week, with early starts (2 x 5am and 2 x 2am) to support the bakery's daily production.
