Job Description
Ausco Modular in Riverview, Ipswich, is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead a team of up to 15 tradespeople in our modular manufacturing facility. You will mentor carpenters, coordinate daily activities and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will drive productivity, quality and protected practices on the shop floor, read drawings, plan workflows and continuously improve production processes.
