As Team Leader, Victim Services, you will support the Victim Services Coordinator in delivering functions under the Victims of Crime Assistance Act ****.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, timely and victim-focused services, while supporting service providers who work closely with victims of crime.
You will also provide advice on policy issues and programs relating to victim services in Queensland, and coordinate, develop and review service responses that strengthen support for victims of crime.
As Regional Practice Lead, you will drive best practice, support staff wellbeing, lead training and development, and build effective relationships with stakeholders in North Queensland.
