Job Description We are looking for an experienced Production Coordinator to join our busy team, working on a number of exciting new shows and projects!
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and track day-to-day team work against the production schedule, flagging variations early with proposed solutions Communicate with artists daily for alignment of schedule Keep Production Managers informed of anything that may affect schedule Maintain Shotgrid (tasks, assignments, status) and other production systems accurately and on time Take and distribute clear notes in dailies and client reviews Coordinate client deliverables sends with Production Managers, and work with Editorial to ensure successful delivery Skills and Experience Excellent time management, communication and organisational skills Working knowledge of the VFX pipeline and how a shot moves from start to finish Sound knowledge of Shotgrid, Filemaker or similar database and scheduling tools Solid MS Word and Excel skills Ability to juggle conflicting deadlines and adapt to changing briefs Sharp attention to detail and a good eye for composition Comfortable in Mac and PC environments,
