Job Description Project Overview Upgrade the existing Jaggaer Contracts module to Contracts+.
Review and enhance end-to-end procurement processes, leveraging existing system functionality that is currently underutilised.
Manage the migration of data between contract modules.
Drive improvements in end-user experience and system adoption.
Support both project delivery and change management activities.
Candidate Profile Strong project management experience.
Business-focused approach, not solely technical delivery.
Hands-on experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
Procurement experience desirable but not essential.
Requirements Senior level resource capable of producing and executing an OCM strategy Robust English communication in both spoken and written skill set.
Active stakeholder engagement required both in Australia and the US.




Maximize meetings during office hours, but some meetings with stakeholders may occur outside of office hours Identifying potential risks and obstacles to change and developing strategies to mitigate them.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication during change implementation.
Provide training and development material to support end users prior to and after transition In conjunction with the technical team, deliver FAQ's, QRG's, process documentation and other required documentation to ensure successful transition to operations Experience with large scale multi-national IT infrastructure projects highly desired
