BALKAN BREW PTY LTD, Mill Park, Victoria **** The BALKAN BREW seeks an experienced Chef at our restaurant making Macedonian Traditional Cuisine.
This is a full time position.
Familiarity with Balkan cuisine desirable.
- Cooking Macedonian Mediterranean Traditional Cuisine dishes in accordance with the menu - Preparation of Macedonian Mediterranean Traditional dishes - Planning and development of menu in collaboration with Managers - Ordering food and kitchen supplies - Discussing food preparation methods with kitchen staff, wait staff and managers - Demonstration and training of cooking techniques for employees - Preservation of food - Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations Qualification and Experience Diploma in Hospitality plus one year experience as a Chef or 3 years' experience as a Chef.
Salary $75,000 – $80,000 per year plus Superannuation Applicants apply to: ***********************
