About You We're looking for an experienced Head Chef.
High volume bistro food is a must.
This venue will require a genuine passion for high-quality pub food and the leadership skills to run a busy, demanding kitchen.
You'll bring: Proven experience leading a busy pub or high-volume hospitality kitchen Solid knowledge of quality,
