Following a period of significant change, they are now looking for an experienced Payroll Support Officer to assist with operational support, administrative workloads and payroll service delivery.
Job Description Support the Payroll Team with a broad range of payroll activities Process employee and worker set-up requests within Oracle and PeopleSoft Assist with onboarding activities including system access and employment record creation Manage high volumes of payroll-related tickets through the digital workflow platform Monitor and allocate tasks through the payroll ticketing system Maintain employee and non-employee records accurately and efficiently Support payroll processing activities and assist with data validation Respond to payroll enquiries from employees, managers and stakeholders Assist with managing large volumes of casual worker administration Support the administration of visiting contractors and other system users requiring access Maintain payroll records,
