Position Summary: BOH: The Kitchen team member will deliver kitchen operations during their shift, ensuring smooth and efficient service while maintaining high standards of food quality and consistency.
The Kitchen team member plays a pivotal role in working with the BOH team, ensuring that service KPIs are met and upholding Fonda's operational excellence, all while delivering exceptional guest experiences through outstanding kitchen performance.
