An exciting opportunity has arisen for a National Windows Manager to join our Seed Heritage Team Reporting to the Group Windows Manager, this role will ensure that the brand windows achieve a strong visual identity driving traffic into our stores and a positive shopping experience for our customers.
THE ROLE: Present window concepts and allocations to windows teams ensuring preliminary documentation is checked and understood.
Attend test stores to understand complete concept installation, covering propping positioning, mannequin positioning, outfitting, and styling.
Work with Group Window Concept Manager on allocations of propping and understanding installation process and organise conference calls with teams to discuss.
Organise and coordinate any window signage or graphics, including window concept, PR Promotion or sales promotion decals or posters Review and critique the completed VM concept installations, providing the State Managers with both positive and negative feedback to aid their development and ensure that the brand is presented to the high visual standards required.
Identify and support the delivery of the required training and development that supports the needs of our people and the business, and in line with the People strategy.
Support the implementation of tactical plans to ensure that the strategic goals are met.
