We are seeking current team members interested in undertaking additional duties within our Customer Service team to assist with shift coverage when required.
The day-to-day: Provide friendly and professional customer service Assist with enquiries via phone, email and in person Provide information on SGAC programs, classes and services Process customer transactions and maintain accurate records Assist with café orders when required Assist with major events, including ushering and guest support Our perfect fit: Someone with outstanding communication and customer service skills who can multitask in a busy environment and is willing to learn.
Reception, administration or café experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
